Warranty
- Warranty is given by the manufacturer, not the shop (in case of defect repairs are handled by the service center of the brand purchased)
- Before purchase kindly confirm from the shop whether your product has a local warranty because we don’t have any right to give a warranty as a shop (NB, not all products are under warranty )
- The warranty does not cover hardware or physical damages like screen breakage, power surge, water or any other natural occurrence
- We don’t issue a refund on items under warranty
No warranty on all accessories - Whereby a customer is not able to reach the service center we can help him /her to take it to the service center and this can take a more than 7 days and beyond
Payment
All payment should be made through:
- company paybill
- company bank account
- No goods will be released without confirmation of payment received
The company will not be liable for any payment made outside stipulated methods
