Returns

- Items without original packaging
- Accessories that have been used
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa,)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
